Deadline Submission of Audit Reports For Fiscal Year 2022-23
The due dates for submitting Audit reports in Form 10B/Form 10BB for the Financial Year 2022-23, initially set for September 30, 2023, have been extended by the Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) to October 31, 2023.
Additionally, the due date for filing the Return of Income in Form ITR-7 for Assessment Year 2023-24, which was originally October 31, 2023, has now been extended to November 30, 2023.
This extension is based on CBDT Circular No. 16/2023 dated September 18, 2023, and you can find the circular on the official website www.incometaxindia.gov.in.
