A One-Time Compliance Window for Defaulting Companies

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has introduced the Companies Compliance Facilitation Scheme, 2026 (CCFS-2026) via General Circular 01/2026, offering a significant opportunity for defaulting companies to regularize their filings.

✅ Eligible Forms MGT-7, MGT-7A, AOC-4 (all variants), ADT-1, FC-3, FC-4, and 1956 Act forms can be filed at just 10% of the normal additional fees.
✅ Dormant Status Apply under Section 455 at 50% of the normal fee.
✅ Strike-Off File STK-2 at 25% of the applicable fee.
✅ Immunity Available from prosecution for delayed filings, subject to conditions (Notices under Sec 92/137 & no prior adjudication in specified cases).

🚫 Ineligible Companies

The scheme does not apply to companies already under final strike-off notice, voluntary strike-off applicants, dissolved/amalgamated entities, dormant companies, and vanishing companies.

Effective: April 15, 2026 – July 15, 2026

Post this period, Registrars of Companies (RoCs) are expected to initiate strict regulatory action against continuing defaulters.
